In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Citizen Dispute Resolution Program (CDRP),
the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) regularly conducts research on the
various programs within the CDRP. Additionally, research and articles pertinent to mediation
in general are posted in this section.
