Northern Community Mediation held its 17th Annual Theatre Party on Monday, April 7, 2025 in Victories Lounge at the Odawa Casino. From 5:30pm to 7:00pm, guests were treated to yummy appetizers, had a chance to win one of 12 door prizes, each valued at at least $150, participate in a 50/50 raffle if they so desired, and enjoy conversation with friends. Then, at 7:00pm pizza was served and guests could join in on a rousing movie-themed pub quiz that ultimately included prizes for the winning teams. To tolp the evening off, everyone left with a gift certificate from either the Lyric Theatre in Harbor Springs or the Petoskey Cinema.
This year’s event was so successful that, with the exception of a few changes, NCM
will hold next year’s Theatre Party in Victories Lounge at the Odawa Casino.
Change number one will be to include the Charlevoix Cinema. In other words, guests will be able to choose
a gift card from the Charlevoix Cinema, Lyric Theatre or Petoskey Cinema.
Change number two will be the choice of date for the party. It will be held on the Monday
following the Academy Awards, which means that the 2026 NCM Theatre Party
will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026.
