The State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) requires the Citizen Dispute Resolution Program (CDRP) centers to have audits on a regular basis. Sometimes, this requirement is on a yearly basis. Other times, the SCAO requires the audit to be a combination of two years and sometimes a combination of three years.
